Introducing: The Bohos

Liverpool- based indie four-piece fronted by Fin Power (vocals, guitar), Jack Danily (drums), Elliot Gill (lead guitar, backing vocals) and Ian Grant (bass).

With rip-roaring guitar, psychedelic vibes and crashing drums; The Bohos stretch across genres to make their own dynamic sound – keeps you on your toes! Fans of Oasis & The Stone Roses are well catered for.

If you’re into your nineties Britpop then the surname of singer Fin might ring a bell. That’s because he’s the son of  John Power from Cast – solid indie stock. Formed in 2015 in Liverpool, the lads are still balancing the commitments of a band with necessities of education and the trappings of youth and young manhood.

We’re only 2 songs in to The Boho’s story.  ‘Monday Morning’ was released in January and is a bona fide live favourite. The track has a cool Siouxsie and the Banshees flavour and tells the story of young life and ‘heebie jeebie nights’ #livingfortheweekend.

Fresh out the box is ‘Elliot’s Song’ which appeared in May. The title is a nod to the band’s lead guitarist. Showing off the band’s more psychedelic influences and charts the trials of being in a band in 2017.

Having played support to DMAs in May, the band have just played their biggest headline show to date at O2 Academy Liverpool. Check out their interview with The Garage Flower taken just before that show and get tickets upcoming gigs from The Bohos at
