Who?

Daniela Weinmann
James Varghese

The Sound

Odd Beholder are signed to Mouthwatering Records who say “Their live sound is characterised by minimalistic drum programming and analogue synth sounds”. James takes charge of producing this while also switching between playing guitar and bass. Daniela owns the vocal, passionately singing the lyrics she writes, transporting the audience from the palm of her hand to the scenes in her songs and back again.

The Story

Odd Beholder was born in a Swiss town called Dietikon in an abandoned bomb shelter. The pair signed to Mouthwatering Records in 2016, they soon released Lighting the debut EP in the same year. This EP is stacked with gorgeous, slow-paced, uplifting Pop songs.

The new five song EP is called Atlas and is due to be released this week, the duo have said that the title suggests the record is about space. Take what you want from that…. We’re excited.
