One of the great joys of music festivals – you’re wandering around the arena with some time to kill before the next artist you really want to see is coming on the main-stage, you walk past one of the smaller tents and the sound coming out drags you in. The performance is intoxicating, and before you know it, you have a new favourite band.
We’ve all been there! The pop-star was a real highlight and packed out the BBC Radio 1 tent. She’s heading out on her own headline tour in November and will be supporting George Ezra on his March 2019 arena dares.

A band that we absolutely adore! The Blinders rocked the BBC Introducing stage at R&L. You do not want to miss them when they tour later this year…
Nothing But Thieves
It’s been super fun watching the Nothing But Thieves fellas become one of the UK’s biggest rock bands. Catch them on tour in huge venues later this year!
The Wombats
Indie-royalty The Wombats made a surprise appearance on the BBC Introducing stage ahead of their main-stage slot over the weekend. “Moving To New York” is still a banger isn’t it? They’ve got new shows on sale this week!

Fickle Friends
Fickle Friends we bloody love you. The Brighton party-makers brought the good vibes to the BBC Radio 1 Tent over the weekend. You can see them in venues across the UK in October.
Deaf Havana
Playing jams from their new album Rituals, Deaf Havana proved over the weekend why they belong on big stages. Catch them headline O2 Academy Brixton in December.
Courteeners
The Manchester band once again proved the doubters wrong with an energetic singalong filled main-stage set. Their new tour goes on sale this Friday!
