Digital tickets are great but nothing beats having a ticket to your favourite artist in your hands. From today you’ll be able to select UK Post as a delivery option when you create events on TicketWeb Backline!
- If you would like to offer UK Post as a delivery option to your customers please let your Account Manager know. Once enabled you’ll see ‘mail’ in the ‘Delivery Options’ field when creating and amending events.
- Customers selecting this delivery method will receive physical tickets through the post. These can be scanned using the CheckIn app in the same way as eTickets.
- We recommend that you have COBO and/or TicketFast ticked as well so overseas customers can place orders
