Here’s What You Need To Know About Hopscotch

3 epic bands for under £6? Count us in....

Following a hugely successful autumn tour last year, Hopscotch, powered by Utilita, will be heading out on tour across the UK for a second glorious time. Wunderbar!

The brainchild of Radio X’s Jack Saunders, Hopscotch has made a name for itself by breaking the best new indie talent and this November tour is set to be no different. Ladies and gentleman, may we present to you – Kawala, Apre and Sun Silva.

Kawala
Tasty afrobeat-esque drums, atmospheric electric hooks and strong rhythmic bass.

Apre
Drawing equal influence from the confessional tones of Bon Iver and Foals as red-blooded 80s pinups like Tears For Fears and ABC. Storming stuff!

Sun Silva
Formed at London’s prestigious Royal Academy of Music, the lads’ sound treads across many genres, taking inspiration from Radiohead, Tame Impala and The Maccabees. You need to check out this band live!

Starting life as a monthly showcase at The Social, Hopscotch alumni include Will Joseph Cook, The Amazons, Bad Sounds, Tibet, Laurel, Pixie Geldof, Childcare, Stereo Honey, Honey Lung and God Damn – so you lot are in for a bit of a treat. We also know the summer splurge is finally catching up with you all, so you’ll be happy to hear tickets are a wallet-friendly £5.95.  Get a ticket now www.ticketweb.co.uk/hopscotch
